President

Mark represents the second generation of HECO family ownership. He has 36 years' experience at HECO in electric motor repair, sales and equipment management. Mark's particular areas of expertise are: product and service offerings, strategic planning, corporate financial health, sales management, and forging customer partnerships

Todd Hatfield

Todd A. Hatfield

Vice President of Engineering and Repair

Todd is second generation of HECO family ownership. He has 34 years' experience in generator and electric motor repair and engineering. Todd has a BS in Electrical Engineering, and his areas of expertise are: electrical and mechanical motor redesigning and engineering, root cause of failure analysis, and quality electric motor rebuilding.

Brad Hatfield

Bradley S. Hatfield

Vice President

Brad is second generation of HECO family ownership. He has 35 years of electric motor sales and repair experience at HECO. He is a Machinist, by trade, and has had a variety of responsibilites from sales to running the repair shop. His areas of expertise are: sales development, finding solutions, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Justin Hatfield

Justin T. Hatfield

Vice President of Operations

Justin has more than 10 years of electric motor repair and sales, and predictive maintenance experience. He earned his BBA in Finance/Business and is a ISO Certified Category II Vibration Analyst. Justin was instrumental in developing HECO MAPPS (Motor And Powertrain Performance Systems), which focuses on “why” you have a problem instead of simply “What” product or service should be recommended.

Director of Repair

Al has 42 years' experience in electric motor repair and engineering, and has a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology. Al's areas of expertise: mechanical and electric motor repair; job management; equipment maintenance and upgrades, shop floor management and control

Jason Spettel

Predictive Services Manager

Jason has over 20 years of experience in implementing and managing predictive maintenance programs (PdM). He is an ISO/ANSI Certified Category III Vibration Analyst, Level I Thermal/Infrared Thermographer, and an ICML Level II Machine Lubricant Analyst. Jason is a member of the Board of Directors of the Vibration Institute and is the chairman of the Vibration Institute’s Balancing Committee.
